At Tag, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible.

Before Initiating
  • The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
  • We offer an exchange / return policy within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent. All items should be free of make‑up or tan marks, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange / return.
  • The product(s) will qualify for exchange / return only if they pass all our quality checks once we receive them from the customer.
  • The brand will not be responsible for any defect or other fabric or size issue detected after the 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Terms
  • Product(s) can be exchanged for a different size or another product, subject to availability.
  • The exchange must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.

Return Terms
  • Product(s) can be returned in exchange for a credit note only. We do not have a refund policy — no monetary refunds will be provided.
  • Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Product Defects
  • No exchange or refund will be done for any product defects after a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of a defect, kindly share the following via WhatsApp on +91 8104582252:
    • Order Number
    • A clear image/video of the defect on the garment
