At Tag, each order is crafted with care. Please review our shipping and delivery policies to ensure a smooth experience.
Orders & Delivery Time:
- All orders are made to order.
- We aim to deliver within 7-10 business days after the order is processed.
- Orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a flat fee of ₹200 to cover handling and payment gateway charges.
- A 20% partial payment is required at checkout for all COD orders.

Partial Payment (20%) − ₹840
Balance Due at Delivery ₹3,360
Note: The 20% partial payment is non-refundable in case of order cancellation at any stage.
How Do I Track My Order?
- Once shipped, you’ll receive your Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier partner details via email & WhatsApp.

Order Processing Location:
- Orders are processed from our workshop: 801, Rukmini Smruti, Jain Mandir Road, Santacruz (East), Mumbai – 400055.
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address submitted at checkout.
Important Notes:
- Incorrect pin-codes or no response from the customer may result in the shipment being returned to the origin.
- We encourage prepaid orders to ensure timely delivery and minimal environmental impact.
